Foods are prepared from scratch, Artisan breads are baked twice daily, pizzas hand tossed, dressings made with fresh herbs and spices, marinara sauce painstakingly prepared. Locally procured vegetables and produce and the freshest seafood and premium meats are sourced daily with an emphasis on quality and freshness. And, don't forget the desserts, prepared in-house by their pastry chef!

The backdrop for this casual, upscale restaurant is diverse. Housed in an original grain mill (Griggs and Ball Feed) erected in 1918, the interior and exterior remain as they were some 90 years earlier. Giant tapestries adorn the walls, while years of wax cascade from candles burning in the windows. Relics from around the globe complement the decor.
